Guarantee of safety
As a mobile home manufacturer, Lark decided to test the load-bearing capacity of the enclosure structure with additional loads, such as snow cover. The simulation consisted of distributing a load of 7 tonnes evenly across the roof slope. During the test, all windows and doors opened and closed without any problems, which means that the weight had not the slightest effect on the structure of the house. As a result, the houses have been certified as fully compliant with the European standard EN 1647, which defines the necessary living conditions for the health and safety of motorhomes and mobile homes. This proves that the houses are durable and safe structures that provide maximum safety and comfort for their occupants.
Quality control
Every home that leaves the Lark Leisure Homes factory undergoes a detailed and thorough technical condition inspection. A team of trained experts inspect the home piece by piece to ensure that it arrives in 100% perfect condition. The quality of our products is a top priority and every home we build is proof of this.
Modern production conditions
We know that only the most modern machines guarantee us the possibility to produce the highest quality products. Thanks to these, we are able to produce a very durable, fully galvanised mobile chassis with a load capacity of up to 12 tonnes, which is modular and can be adapted to different sizes of housing. And our in-house furniture production offers our customers what we would like to have ourselves - highly durable and customised furniture.
