On the Lark site you can choose from dozens of houses and a wide range of different models within them, all of which we have on sale.

Interior

It is extremely rare to find a fully equipped house for sale on the market. The price already includes most of the appliances, furniture (yes, including the kitchen) and other fixtures and fittings. The customer can also choose the material and colour of the different finishes from our wide range. Without being exhaustive, the price already includes*: sofa, kitchen, oven, hob, various upholstery, etc.

Exterior

The exterior of our houses is available in a variety of materials and textures. To achieve beautiful aesthetics and maintenance-free functionality. This makes the facade resistant to weather and wind. The water heater has a built-in function that eliminates the risk of frostbite, leaks and legionella.
